Thinned, first, with blender and then isopropyl alcohol, for the second attempt, in order to lighten the color. Both times it looked fine when it was applied, but dried unevenly blotchy with a flat, rather than a glossy finish. Removed the ink and left the glass back-round areas uncolored. NOTE: The entire review, with photos of the works, has just been submitted to Amazon, where I bought the starter kit. By the way, gave the inks a 5-star rating, overall, based on how well they functioned for the main subjects of the two glass-art restorations shown there.
I had recently won the Shimmer set and decided to order a few extra bottles - the colors are so vibrant, I absolutely LOVE this ink!!! The shimmer set is AMAZING as well as the Aegean Sea and Wisteria colors!!! Definitely will be purchasing more of this well hidden gem!!! The picture I included is the Aegean Sea with Alloy on a ceramic coaster!!!

Really good value for beautiful, vibrant, and long-lasting alcohol inks. I get so many compliments on my work :) Like one of the reviewers above, I am grateful for the indivual bottles as I tend to be drawn to the same color pallettes.
